Description
When you copy multiple cell values from Excel App via ICA to Google Sheets accessed from Local PC the values fail to get pasted to Google Sheets.
Resolution
Disable image clipboard copy via Studio Policy
- Enable policy Restrict Clipboard write.
- In "Client Clipboard write allowed formats" exclude CF_BITMAP format and include rest of the formats.
Problem Cause
Google Sheet gives priority to Image content before Text values when data is pasted into it, therefore it fails to paste text data copied from Citrix Session.
