Description

After upgrading from 10.14 RP3 -> 10.14 RP4 any new enrolled device can't access to our Exchange Server via Active Sync Connector.
After rebooting XenMobile server during the update process, we observe errors in the RemoteConfigService.log file as follows:

Resolution

Add or update a server setting on XenMobile server as follows
wsdl.service.enabled to true
When updating from XMS 10.14 RP3 and earlier, this defaulted to false or unset, but is required when you're using the ActiveSync gateway connector.
