Description

  • Unable to onboard on-premises sites older than Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops version 1912 CU2 to Citrix Analytics for Performance or Citrix Analytics for Security.
  • In the case of sites that are already onboarded, customers will no longer see data from the sites older than Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops version 1912 CU2.

Resolution

Upgrade to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v1912 CU2 or later.

Problem Cause

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v1912 CU2 and later have improved security capabilities to connect with Citrix Cloud services like Citrix Analytics. While older versions may not be able to predictably transfer data to match the adaptive security of Citrix cloud.
