Description
- Unable to create MCS VDAs in AWS Cloud Platform > "ErrorID : FailedToCreateImagePreparationVm | InternalErrorMessage : Volume service upload process failed.Volume service upload process failed".
Resolution
Remove the configuration from the Connection Options and select the correct instance type (M4) for the Preparation VM.

Problem Cause
