New Fixes in This Release

  • When you exit from a Citrix virtual session, one or more of the following issues might occur:
    • The VDA still lists the terminated session and the logonui.exe process. The logonui.exe process can be forcefully terminated.
    • The session appears with a blank username in Citrix Studio.
    • You might not be able to launch further sessions.

Fixes from Replaced Hotfixes

No hotfixes were replaced by this release. To install this hotfix:
Use the following steps to apply this hotfix:
  1. Log off from all sessions running on the VDA for multi-session OS. 
  2. Rename the file StatUi.dll under C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32 to StatUi_CU4.dll.
  3. Copy the downloaded file StatUi.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32.
  4. Restart the VDA. 
To uninstall this hotfix:
  1. Log off from all sessions running on the VDA for multi-session OS.
  2. Delete the Safe Private i.e., StatUi.dll available at C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32.
  3. Revert the changes that were made while Installing safe Private such as renaming the binaries available at C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32 to StatUi.dll.
  4. Restart the VDA.
