Description

Here is the problematic flow:

1. Username and password (single auth schema)
2. Screen to provide password (empty) (~2 seconds)-
3. iframes (duo) loads
4. After Duo push, following page seen (~2 seconds)

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 12.1.64.x, 13.0.84.x, 13.1.14.x

The fix is mentioned in the release notes of 13.0.84.11 as well:

When you log in to the Citrix ADC appliance, a blank password field appears when both the following conditions are met.
- Duo two-factor authentication is configured
- RfWebuI portal theme is used
