1) Error: CGS-ICASN_ERR_00001

Description: Application Launch Failed due to Request Parsing Error

Recommended action: Contact Citrix support



2) Error: CGS-ICASN_ERR_00002

Description: Authentication Ticket Validation Failure

Recommended action: Contact Citrix support



3) Error: CGS-ICASN_ERR_00003

Description: Authentication Ticket Validation Failure

Recommended action: Contact Citrix support



4) Error: CGS-ICASN_ERR_00004

Description: Authentication Ticket Validation Failure

5) Error: CGS-ICASN_ERR_00005

Description: Failed to establish connection to the Connector

Recommended action:

Check connector health, If the issue persists contact Citrix support.

6) Error: CGS_ICASN_ERR_00006

Description: Connection request to the Connector timed out.

Recommended action: Check connector health

Check if any Proxy Settings blocking traffic between connector/VDA and NGS.

Check connectivity between VDA and Connector.

If the issue persists Contact Citrix support.



7) Error: CGS_ICASN_ERR_00007

Description: CWA Closed the Connection

Recommended action:

Please check client side network connectivity is stable.

8) Error: CGS_ICASN_ERR_00008

Description: Back-end Closed the Connection

Recommended action: Check connector health

Check network stability from Connector/VDA to public network(NGS).

If the issue persists contact Citrix support.



9) Error: CGS_ICASN_ERR_00009

Description: VDA to NGS connection establishment failure (Rendezvous)

Recommended action: Check the connector health.

VDA should be able to reach NGS Service.

Check connectivity between VDA and Connector.
