Error during Connector install/setup: A clean install of the new Citrix Cloud Connector is required.

Resolution

Download and install the connector as a clean setup.

IMPORTANT: To prevent outages, you should never uninstall a Cloud Connector if there are only 2 Cloud Connectors in its Resource Location. Instead, you should create a new Cloud Connector for that Resource Location.

Problem Cause

There is an existing Cloud Connector setup already installed on the server.
