When attempting to create a new machines or update existing ones, we get the error  Unable to create new machine using PVS console. - MAPI Error:  Invalid or insufficient credentials. [Could not authenticate session. Check your access credentials and try again

1. Open the PVS Console,
2. Go to Farm > Site > Hosts
3. Select the host/connection and check Properties.
4. Go to the Credentials tab.
5. Update the credentials for the host connection.
6. Click on Verify Connection and ensure that the credentials are accepted
7. Click on OK
