On the Director site, if you scroll down to check the connectivity of the Citrix License server to each of the controllers, it shows up as "License server is not connected".
To resolve this issue, re-allocate additional set of licenses on the Citrix License server and restart licensing services. The License server comes up as Connected on the Director site.
If the above step does not work, uninstall the current license server then download and install the latest version of License Server.
Error: "Supplemental Grace Period Has Expired; Further License Requests Will Be Rejected" Appears in Director.
