Description
You wish to reduce some of the permissions for the inbuilt role without adding the Manage tab to a user. If you make a copy of HelpDesk Administrator or Session Administrator role to assign custom permissions then the "Manage" tab also becomes visible and there is no option to remove it.
Resolution
Product team is aware of this use case and is working on this feature enhancement.
Problem Cause
This is working as designed. As of now “Access to 'Monitor' tab only” option is available for only inbuilt roles and not for custom roles.Additional Information
