When a user uses Citrix Workspace app to log into a Citrix Workspace store, user remains logged in for more than a day without having to re-enter their password.

When users first log onto Citrix Workspace app, they are asked if they want to remain logged in. If they accept, by default Citrix Workspace app users remained signed in for 30 days, or 14 days or inactivity. If they decline then they remain logged in for 24 hours.

To modify the timeouts, go to Workspace configuration, Customize, Preferences. Modify the reauthentication period for Citrix Workspace app to the number of days users stay logged in for. The minimum value is one day. If you wish to reduce the authentication period below one day, then in section "Inactivity Timeout for Workspace App", enable the Desktop and Mobile timeouts and choose a number of hours and minutes; this overrides the reauthentication period. Note that if you are using a 3rd party IDP, this may be configured with lower timeouts.
