Description
Seeing two Desktop VDI icons in Citrix Store instead of one when user is only assigned to one Delivery Group.
Resolution
Edit the impacted delivery group, Modify Desktop Assignment Rule and set to 1 desktop per user.
Problem Cause
Desktop assignment rule is enabled for this delivery group and set to 2 desktop VDI per users
