One Delivery group not displaying user information for active/disconnected sessions

Description
- VDAs belonging to one specific Delivery Group are not displaying the user information for any active/disconnected session
- In Studio console, the session shows 'Active' or 'Disconnected' state but the username field shows blank
Resolution
- Created a new Delivery Group manually
- Removing all of the affected VDAs from the faulty Delivery Group
- Adding all the affected VDAs to new Delivery Group
Problem Cause
The Delivery in question group is corrupted
