When installing CWA via command line that includes a store, the Add button in Accounts may be missing.

Resolution

Option 1
Include the /ALLOWADDSTORE parameter
CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /silent /ALLOWADDSTORE=S STORE0="xxx"

Option 2
Do not include a store
CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /silent

Option 3
use the GUI to install
CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe

 

Problem Cause

This can occur if you include a store with the command line such as CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /silent STORE0="xxx".
