Workspace App crash or session disconnect when user logs on to the VDA with HTML5 video redirection policy enabled and visits specific websites.
Resolution
Browser Content Redirection and HTML5 Video Redirection policies should not be enabled at the same time. Browser Content Redirection Chrome plug-in must be removed if HTML5 Video Redirection is enabled.
Problem Cause
Browser Content Redirection and HTML5 Video Redirection conflict resulting in behavior.
