Average logon duration shows no data in Citrix Director, this occurs after applying Citrix Profile Management hotfix 3001 or 3002 for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 1912 LTSR Cumulative Update 3.
Slower Windows logon may also occur after applying above Citrix Profile Management hotfix.

Install the Citrix Profile Management hotfix 3003, it replaces the hotfix version 3001 or 3002.  It also addresses a security vulnerability in the Citrix Profile Management and Citrix Profile Management WMI plugin installers.
