Vdisks Are Not Deleted From VDisk Store after Being Deleted From PVS Console

Description
After doing a merge, deleting vdisk versions on PVS console does not delete them from vdisk store, no errors are seen on PVS console.
After deleting the versions, if we check store using File Explorer, we still see the vdisk versions present.
Resolution
Check on the PVS console which PVS server is streaming the vDisk, and then remove the shared lock from the PVS server that is not streaming the vDisk.
Problem Cause
When replicating the vDisk versions between PVS servers, only the vhd, avhd, vhdx and vhdx and pvp files should be copied and not the lok file, which will generate a shared lock on the image on all PVS servers, preventing the files from being deleted.
