Citrix Director session getting logged off frequently even before the actual timeout settings

Description

Users using on-prem citrix director servers connecting via VIP URL are being kicked off automatically after a couple of minutes(1-2 mins) even before the actual configured timeout value(20 minutes as per IIS).

Resolution

DNS TTL value of director load balance URL configuration was modified in F5.
Editing the value back to the desired value resolves the issue.
