• When trying to build a new machine catalog using MCS for an application that requires MSMQ running, master image is built using a Physical PC and there are no issues. However, when creating the MCS catalog, the VDAs are created and the published app launches but it gives an error. 
• If trying to start it manually it gives error “Windows could not start the service on Local Computer”
• The error comes up because MSMQ is not running in the VDA
• The service is installed and enabled, but stopped

• Uninstall and reinstall the VDA software in the master image.
• Update the machine catalog after the VDA reinstallation.
