Storefront page displayed in Dutch instead of English

Description
In certain conditions, the StoreFront web page may be displayed in a language other than English. In this instance, we are using Dutch as an example but this applies to any language.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, set the Windows System Locale to your preferred language.
1.) Open Control Panel
2.) Go to Region and Language
3.) Under the Administrative tab, change the System Locale to your preferred language.

Problem Cause
This issue can occur if the Windows System Locale is not set to your preferred language.
