Description
On installing Cloud Connector, it fails on sign in with error: "We're having trouble signing you in. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact support."
Resolution
Make sure that Internet Explorer is installed and enabled.
Note:- IE will be end of life soon. So connector version beyond 6.56.0.22222/4.304.0.22222/1.11.0.22222 will support authentication using IE and any modern browser like Chrome, Edge etc.
Problem Cause
Citrix Cloud Connector will fail sign in if Internet Explorer is disabled or missing.
