You might get following error message while attempting to update Workspace URL with less than 6 characters
Error "URLs must consist of only alphanumeric characters, and must be at least six characters long."
Resolution
Please contact Citrix Technical Support if you want less than 6 characters in the URL.
The change need to perform at the backend after approval.

Problem Cause
The character limitation is by design in the Cloud Portal.
