Description
As shown in the below screenshot, If you directly access the SaaS application which is linked with SAML (SP Initiated), the user name will be displayed with watermark as "Anonymous" instead of User Name/ID. If you access the same application from Workspace app or Workspace web the logged-in user name will be displayed as Wartermark.
Resolution
Citrix has enhanced the code and provided a fix through 9.6 release to cloud build (13.0 build 400.381).
Problem Cause
On Citrix Cloud Gateway Service, We set the username to 'Anonymous' if we don't find ctx_auth_alias attribute in the Athena ID token and its expected for the ctx_auth_alias to be not set for Azure AD.
