Error message pops up on notification bar/screen when a new email comes but for user are able to receive the mail in client.

Error Message "Secure Mail unable to fetch this message due to mail server error, Please contact your administrator."

1. Ensure Citrix listener services are whitelisted as per https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-secure-mail/push-notifications.html
2. Upgrade the SecureMail to the latest MDX available for the iOS clients.
3. In the MDX policies for Secure Mail
   1. The Network Access is set to Unrestricted (Considering customer is using Office 365 which is publicly accessible)
   2. Ensure that Background Network Services and Background Network Services Gateway are empty
   3. Once done save the settings
4. On your Device delete SecureMail , Sign off from Secure Hub Sign in back and download the SecureMail again (This is to ensure it takes the latest changes made in MDX policies wrt to network access policies)
