Resolution
If not using GPU, the below solution can be implemented.
Disabled hardware acceleration: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Citrix\ICA Client\Graphics Engine] "HWacceleration"=dword:00000000
Disabled hardware acceleration: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Citrix\ICA Client\Graphics Engine] "HWacceleration"=dword:00000000
Problem Cause
Client GPU was responsible for the flickering
