cloud connector missing services

Description
After installing the cloud connector, only three Citrix services are installed.
Missing remaining 4 services.
The connectivity test is failing to contact URL but does not mention which URL is failing.
Resolution
Please follow the steps.
1. Remove cloud connector form cloud portal.
2. Uninstall cloud connector software form machine. ,
3. Run the following command. - bitsadmin /util /setieproxy networkservice MANUAL_PROXY "proxy:port" "bypass list"
If no bypass lists are in use leave this empty. Example: bitsadmin /util /setieproxy networkservice MANUAL_PROXY "proxy:port" " "
4. Add cloud connector on the cloud portal and install cloud connector and desired machine.
All services should now install as expected.
