Performance and stability issues being experienced when joining Microsoft Teams meeting(s) while using Citrix Optimized Microsoft Teams with Citrix Workspace App for Windows 2102.
The shared display content may be slow and user could potentially disconnect from the meeting. And Citrix Workspace App for Windows 2102 client may also experience high CPU usage.
Resolution
Create/Add the following registry key on your Windows endpoint client and reopen Citrix Workspace App for Windows 2102. This will improve Microsoft Teams meeting graphic display performance and stability.

Please note this key is not needed in 2103 or higher versions.
