Drive state is observed as clean, degraded under SDX RAID logical drives
Perform the following steps:
1. Check the physical status of the disk for the slot shown as Not Present in the SDX and attempt to reseat the drive.
2. If the drive does not show as Present after reseating, open a ticket with Citrix Support to request an RMA for the drive.
