Description
• In this scenario, the customer just built a test site running Virtual Apps 1912CU1
• He built one DDC, 2 StoreFront servers, and aleady created a Site and a StoreFront Store
• When attempting to access the StoreFront URL, he gets an error saying “can’t reach this page”
• Using the StoreFront server IP instead of the URL (example https://10.100.100.10), it opens IIS web page. This means the server is accessible.
• Using the StoreFront server IP address plus, the store path, it opens StoreFront fine (example https://10.100.100.10/Citrix/StoreWeb)
Resolution
• Confirmed at the DNS level, that the StoreFront server FQDN was linked to a wrong IP address
Problem Cause
• Adding the correct StoreFront server IP address to the DNS record resolved the problem
