Description
-When the customer tries to remove the VDA from Programs and Features and get error ‘Supportability tools fail with internal error code 1719, failing action was “WixQueryOSInfo”’ and referred to the CTX about troubleshooting MSI installation issues, https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX226932
-If using the VDA Clean-up utility, it shows the CMD screen with the initial steps and doens't do anyhting else
Resolution
-We picked a snapshot of the same VM where there is no other software installed
-Ran the VDA installation and went through with no errors
