Failed to load DUO authentication page with nFactor

Description
Cutomer use DUO+nFactor for Citrix Gateway vServer . Then they found it'll hang at DUO UI loading page after input password .
Resolution
Requirements
If you set type=citrix_netscaler_rfwebui on DUO proxy server , you can use each Portal theme on ADC . Not only RfWebUI
DUO Support:
If the customer is using nFactor then the authentication proxy configuration MUST have type=citrix_netscaler_rfwebui. This auth proxy option in no way controls or influences the actual theme applied to the Citrix gateway. The option tells our auth proxy to embed a specific Duo Prompt JS file that will properly render on a Citrix Gateway using nFactor
- Duo Proxy to be running latest version
- Running latest ADC build
