Description

After successful authentication on Citrix Gateway, the enumeration of the published application failed with the error below:

Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 43531

Resolution

Run : nsconmsg -d current -g_hits to validate if the session policies are getting triggered. If after authentication the session policy is not listed, the problem is with Session Policy not being triggered.
Test the Policy for Web with HTTP.REQ.HEADER("User-Agent).Contains("CitrixReciever").NOT. Exclude the part of the expression that checks for the Header:Referrer.
