Norskale Broker Service.exe 1912 utilizes High CPU 

This is a known issue with Workspace Environment Management 1912. It is fixed in 2006 and later with reference to CVADHELP-14272, WEM-7886.

Note: Citrix Workspace Environment Management is covered by the Current Releases (CR) lifecycle of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops irrespective of the version being released with 1912 or any other LTSR versions. 

We encourage you to check the product matrix regularly and plan for Workspace Environment Management components upgrade to a supported version.

Problem Cause

When the number of connected agents exceeds a certain threshold, Norskale Broker Service.exe might consume a significant amount of CPU resources. [WEM-7886, CVADHELP-14272]
