- Intermittently VDA Bugchecks when accessing Client Mapped Drive or USB Hard Disk within an ICA Session
- The Bugcheck is seen due to APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
- Issue happens when trying to access the client mapped drives, regardless if it is the local or USB drive.
- The issue is not seen in RDP session
Resolution
Private fix has been created under CVADHELP-15003 to address the issue. Please reach out to citrix support to get the private in case you are experiencing the same issue.
The private fix will undergo further testing before it is included in future public releases.
