Unable to delete vDisks old versions on PVS 1912 LTSR

Description
After merging versions of vDisk, unable to delete the old versions that were not in use anymore.
The Delete option was grayed out.
Following article: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX215264 did not help.
Resolution
Removing the lock files before promoting version to production allow administrator to merge versions properly and to delete old versions.
Problem Cause
Lock files still existing were preventing the value deleteWhenFree on the db to be changed to True and delete option was not available in PVS console anymore.
