Duplicate entries for VDAs showing in Director. - Deleting the machine entries from MonitorData.Machine usually resolves the issue, but after some time the same problem occurs again.
Resolution
Add the VDAs back to machine catalog per there instructions: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/install-configure/machine-catalogs-manage.html#add-machines-to-a-machine-catalog
Problem Cause
issue with adding the VDAs with existing AD accounts
