Description

User connects via ADC (workspace App for Mac/windows, 2006 – 2008) to his physical windows 10 PC with VDA 1912.
After disconnecting, user reconnects again on the physical PC, one of the three displays stays black and in standby mode.
User needs to reboot the physical workstation in order to get all screens running.
Same issue observed when the user has 2 physical screens on this PC.(only one screen setup is working).

Resolution

Updated the NVIDIA Graphics drivers.
Also Win 10 Driver update.
The issue was resolved once the updates were done.

Problem Cause

Display adapters flag "SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION" gets triggered when the user changes from local to workspace and from workspace to local.
