Resolution
To ensure the ISO SR is not used by anything on all pool members and then detach it.
One 3rd application installed on dom0 is accessing this SR.
Someone login the command shell and goes into the mounted folder path as command ' cd /var/run/sr-moun/<SR_UUID>'.
