License Server Usage Insights gives admins and users a single location where they can see how their license servers and licenses are being used.

Note: This process does not apply to Citrix Service Providers
Citrix License Servers must be updated to version 11.16.3.0 or later to support license server registration and license usage insights features.

1.Launch Licensing manager: Go to Settings > Usage and statistics

2.Choose Allow Citrix insight services option and click on Register
3.Copy the 8 digit code generated, which needs to be entered on Cloud portal for product registrations.
Steps to register the product on Cloud portal1. Login to existing Citrix Cloud (
https://citrix.cloud.com/ )account by entering the My account credentials and verification code
If no account created, Create new Cloud account with existing Citrix account credentials using the article:
How to sign up (on-board) for Citrix Cloud 2.. On Citrix Cloud page: Click on top left option and choose Identity and access management option
3. Click on API access >Product registrations: Existing registrations will be listed, if no registration found, click on Register

4. Enter your 8 digit code retrieved by the licensing manager to register your product.
5.Review registration details and click on Register
6. Registration confirmation will be shown and you will see the license server details on Cloud page and registration confirmation on Licensing manager as well.
How to confirm if the LUI is enabled: 1. On Citrix Cloud page: Click on top left option and choose Identity and access management option.
2. Click on API access >Product registrations.
You can find the hostname of the registered license server, server type and registration date under product registration page as shown in the below screenshot.
