Description
You will see Citrix ADC is trying to contact AWS and CDN Pendor URLs whenever Configuration Tab is accessed.

Resolution
Code change is done in 13.0 build 71.x.
Problem Cause
Its a design and not a bug.In 13.0 versions the PENDO and CDN URLs are used to get the latest notifications on the Adim GUI. Hence, Citrix ADC tries to contact those URLs irrespective of Citrix ADC has internet access or not. If Citirx ADC has internet access, then it will receive the latest notifications. Else, it will get timedout.
