Description
When connected to a VDA in full screen mode and a PowerPoint slideshow is run, clicking the display settings button causes a dialog to appear:
Title = Citrix HDX 3D Pro Warning!
Contents = Full Screen Applications are not supported in Citrix HDX 3D Pro. Press OK to exit.
Clicking OK closes PowerPoint.
All other functions act as expected... only when this button is clicked does the problem occur.
Problem also occurs if hardware acceleration is disabled in PowerPoint.
Resolution
Full screen apps are supported in ICA/HDX Session only for 1 monitor.
Problem Cause
This is an expected behavior. Resolution changes by apps are prohibited in the ICA session.
