• Uneven number of sessions reported on each server in Citrix Studio.
• Servers with higher number of sessions had high resource utilization.

1. Restart Citrix Group Policy Engine service on the VDA and run gpupdate
2. Confirm that the policies are getting applied by checking the below registry path: 
   • HKLM\Software\Policies\Citrix\LoadManagement

Problem Cause

• Observed that the servers with high utilization had a lesser value for the load index when compared to the other servers
• Load evaluator policies were not applied on the affected servers
