Unable to login to Citrix MPX 11.1 64.14 and SDX 11.1 61.115/117 with default “nsroot” password.
Resolution
Starting from MPX version 11.1 Build 64.14 and SDX versions 11.1 Build 61.115/117 (default build shipped with new and RMA appliances starting Oct 1st 2020), the default password for the nsroot account is now the serial number located on the back of each ADC appliance.
To resolve the password issue login with the serial number of the appliance.
Note: The password changes applies to the manufacturing builds only. As in, if you have 11.1 64.14 currently and upgrade to an other version or build, then you will not have the new password scheme.
