Error while launching " The connection to "Desktop/App Name" failed with status (Unknown client error 1110)"

Resolution

Possible solution 1:

DTLS traffic MTU is lower or greater than 1500. This is a specific issue known by Citrix support who actively works to resolve this issue. The fix is available on release 11.1 55.x and 12.0 53.x. (BUG686774)
  

Possible Solution  2:
Citrix ADC/Gateway  on ESX/VMWare is using VMXNET3 and running a version of 12.1 lower than 12.1.58.20 : 

                     From release notes of 12.1.58.20:
                     UDP applications (for example, DNS, TFTP, Radius, DTLS) might not work in Citrix VPX instances running on a VMware ESX server with VMXNET3 network interfaces.

MTU
