Application shortcuts still remain on the Start Menu when the application is already unassigned for the user

Description
Workspace App has been configured with the option "Show Applications in Start Menu" and published apps appear on the start menu. When an application is removed from being assigned to a user, its shortcut still shows up on the users start menu.

Resolution
Open an Admin Command prompt and Navigate to this location on the affected User machine - C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\SelfServicePlugin
Execute this command : SelfService.exe –rmPrograms
If this resolves the issue, you can deploy an Active Directory policy via GPO to run SelfService.exe –rmPrograms either at startup or as periodic scheduled task to deploy it on a large scale.
