  • When you configure Citrix Gateway to support single sign-on (SSO) through the Citrix Workspace app, SSO might fail.
  • The issue occurs when a user name or password contains special characters such as %, =, and &. 
  • The issue occurs with Workspace App for Windows: 1912 base version, 2002, 2006.

Resolution

Issue has been fixed in Citrix Workspace app for Windows 2008 and 1912 cu1 and later versions against [CVADHELP-14564].
