Description
Rendezvous Protocol does not function as expected and connect to the Gateway Service directly.
Resolution
Rebuild Citrix App Layering Platform Layer for the affected Resource Location.
- Add all required ciphers into base image
- Review Citrix Documentation for the list of ciphers
- Rebuild platform layer
- Confirm policy is enabled as expected
- Rendezvous Protocol should work as expected
Problem Cause
Cipher configuration on the platform layer missing key ciphers as described in Citrix Documentation.
