Description
Changes made in the Local Settings would be ignored when user does not save the changes within 54 seconds.
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
We are planning to expand the default timeout value to 10 minutes in VDA 1912 LTSR CU3.
Workaround
Since VDA 7.15, the timeout value is configurable.After adding the PrintRequestTimeout setting with Regedit.exe, reboot the Virtual Delivery Agent machine.

Type: REG_DWORD
Data: <duration in milliseconds> (default:54000)

Problem Cause
Printing virtual channel request timed out. The default timeout value is 54000 milliseconds. This timeout is the duration that the Citrix Print Manager Service waits for a response on a printing virtual channel request.
