When using a Smart Keyboard, unable to display extended keys when selecting the "Keyboard" option on Citrix Workspace App for iOS on iOS 12.x devices.
Resolution
Update Citrix Workspace App for iOS to 20.7.6 and above, the fix is included in these releases.
Problem Cause
